Organizing a Task Box System can be overwhelming at first, but having this system in place will save you so much time!
What is a Task Box System?
A Task Box System is a type of structured work system where students match a piece on their schedule to a bin, complete the work in the bin, and continue their schedule. This system promotes student independence.

How to collect data:
Use data sheets to track student task box data! Using these sheets can track student independence, start and end times, student bins (which they are able to complete) and needs for prompting.

How to Choose Labels:
We have two types of labels available, one for lower grades (shapes, clipart, letters and numbers) and one for life skills classrooms (real object picture matching).
What tasks go inside?
Literally anything can go inside a task box. Do not go crazy over this… ANYTHING CAN BE A TASK BOX. Sure there are some cool ideas out there, but you can make some really cool stuff with things you already have, or activities you have already bought on TPT.
