Instructional Design on Lockdown

The key word in this post is 'instructional'. It's definitely instructional design. When I read it the word that sprang to my mind was 'cramming'. This is pretty similar to what I would do if I was preparing for a math or logic test. But it's not what I would do, for example, to learn a new computing language, or a skill like photography, or a practice like philosophy. And I can't imagine it being used to develop soft skills like constructive communication or dispute resolution. But if what you want to do is cram some instruction into people, this would probably work.
